Paul Moniz, D.O.
Dr. Moniz was born and raised on the island of Bermuda. He
went to Bryan College, in Dayton, Tennessee and graduated
in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science, Biology Major, and
Religion Minor. He then attended Kirksville College of
Osteopathic Medicine for his medical training and Doctors
Hospital in Columbus, Ohio for his Internship and Residency.
Dr. Moniz is Board Certified in Family Practice and is a member of the American
Osteopathic Association (aoa-net.org) the American Osteopathic Board of Family
Practitioners (AOBFP.org) and Missouri Association of Osteopathic Physicians and
Surgeons (MAOPS.org). He has been employed by Mineral Area Regional Medical
Center, Farmington, Missouri for the past 9 years and he has had a thriving
practice in Bonne Terre, Missouri. He has always gravitated to smaller towns, as
he loves the closeness of these communities.

Currently, he is in private practice and an independent partner with Midwest
Health Group, LLC, located in Farmington, Missouri. He is licensed currently only
in Missouri to practice Medicine.

Dr. Moniz is married to his Medical school sweetheart, Dr. Stephanie Moniz and
has two lovely daughters, Lindsey, and Jenna. He enjoys working on the
computer, reading, hiking, deep sea fishing, and spending time with family and
friends.

Antoine Adem, M.D.
After receiving his medical degree from the French Faculty of
Medicine at St. Joseph University in 1995, Dr. Adem
completed his residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship
in Cardiology at the University of Missouri, Columbia. He
received interventional cardiology training in Scottsdale,
Arizona.
Specializing in adult cardiology, Dr. Adem performs diagnostic cardiac
catheterization, coronary and peripheral angioplasties, stents, abdominal aortic
aneurysm endovascular repair, implantations of permanent pacemakers and all
stress testing modalities. His special interest include peripheral vascular disease,
heart failure and women’s health.

Dr. Adem is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease. He
is a member of the American College of Cardiology and American College of
Physicians.

Dr. Adem enjoys spending time with his wife and children, including traveling,
fine dining of all cuisines, wine tasting and gardening.
Guy Roberts, D.O.
Dr. Roberts was born and raised in Farmington, Missouri. He
attended Truman State University in Kirksville, MO. Upon
Graduation with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, he then
attended Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Graduating in 1998, Dr. Roberts furthered his medical
training at Parklane Medical Center and Medical Center of
Independence in Kansas City. After having twin boys, Greg
and Grant, he moved back to St. Francois County to complete his last year of
family practice residency at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center.

Dr. Roberts is Board Certified in Family Practice and is a member of the
American Osteopathic Association (aoa-net.org) and the American Osteopathic
Board of Family Practitioners (AOBFP.org).

Dr. Roberts has been in a successful practice in Farmington since 2001. He
currently is on active staff at both local hospitals, (Parkland Health Center and
Mineral Area Regional Medical Center).

Dr. Roberts is currently in private practice and an independent partner with
Midwest Health Group, LLC, located in Farmington, Missouri. He is currently only
licensed in Missouri to practice Medicine.

Dr. Roberts has twin sons, Grant and Greg, and one beautiful daughter, Hailey.
He is currently engaged to be married in the Spring of 2008 to Christy Courtois.
Hobbies include golf, hunting, boating, scuba diving, and spending time with
family and friends.
Josie Savage, FNP-BC
Josie Savage was born and raised in Ironton, Missouri. Prior
to receiving her degree as a Nurse Practitioner, she worked
as a Registered Nurse at Mineral Area Regional Medical
Center for nine years with the majority of her work
experience in the Intensive Care Unit. She attended
University of Missouri – St. Louis and received her Master’s
Degree in nursing in August of 2007. She began working for
Midwest Health Group in November of 2007 and is very excited to be a part of
such an excellent team of Healthcare Professionals.

Josie is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Nurses
Credentialing Center (ANCC). She is also a member of the American Academy of
Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the Missouri State Nurses Association (MONA).

Josie is married to John Savage and they have two beautiful children, Luke and
Halle. Josie enjoys reading, gardening, camping, and spending time with her
family and friends.

Christina Kleinsorge-Rariden, F.N.P.
Christina Kleinsorge-Rariden was raised in the Farmington
area. Christina completed her Associates of Arts in Science
at Mineral Area Community College in 2003. As a Registered
Nurse, she started her career at St. Lukes Hospital in
Chesterfield, MO. Christina went on to earn her Bachelor of
Science in Nursing in 2005 from Saint Louis University, St.
Louis, Missouri. She continued her education there earning
a Master of Science in Nursing and post-certificate degree as a Family Nurse
Practitioner in 2008. Throughout her nursing career she has worked in a variety
of settings providing her experince working with numerous popluations: St. Lukes
Hospital orthopedics, Mineral Area Regional Medical Center rehabilitation,
Castlewood Eating Disorder Treatment Center, and Family Care Health Center
Obstetrical Department. She joined Midwest Health Group in the fall of 2008 as a
Family Nurse Practitioner.

Christina is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practioner through the American
Nurses Credentialing Center.

Christina married Matthew Rariden in the spring of 2009. Along with the beloved
dog Griffin, they reside in rural Farmington. Christina enjoys spending time on
her family farm, horseback riding, boating, hiking and traveling.
Gina Heberlie, F.N.P.
Gina comes to Midwest Health Group with 20 years of
nursing background. During the last seven years, she was a
Family Nurse Practitioner. Gina is also the current President
of The Area Nurse Practitioner Group, known as SNAP (St.
Louis Nurses in Advanced Practice). She joined Midwest
Health Group in January 2010 as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Gina was born and raised in Farmington, Missouri and continues to be very proud
to serve her community as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
